Rich Dry fruit Christmas Cake

The most awaited month of the year, the last and the cool month of the year is here...December - the month of Christmas. Celebrations begin and without a christmas cake...na... i dont think without it any christmas is complete. So here goes my (oops sorry!!!!) my mother's version of Christmas cake (of course with a little twist of mine)....Merry christmas to one and all.... Swirl Bread

Double colour swirl bread.....used natural beetroot for the awesome red colour. Again fell in love with beetroot, such a versatile vegetable with its rich red colour. Blends well with any recipe and leaves its mark in the form of its colour. Sunflower pizza

Pizza in a different avataar..hahahha...normally pizza comes in round shape in a square box and eaten in triangle shape. but try out this sunflower shape piizza...its pull apart... you can bake and just grab a piece or rather pull a piece and put it in your mouth...tasty indeed. In my house it was finished in no time. The very versatile vegetable carrot have been always my favourite when it comes to experimenting with new recipes..... though red carrots tastes better and sweet but orange ones being available all round the year becomes easier to add anytime in the recipes. Thus, came up with a new recipe Carrot Nankhatai which is healthy too as whole wheat flour, rava and gram flour goes into the making alongwith carrots..... Beetroot n Carrot Muffins

When the versatile Carrot meets with the colour rich Beetroot, the result is yummy Beetroot n Carrot muffins.....The nutrition of two wonderful vegetables combined together in one recipe with the goodness of honey and jaggery as sweetner adds to the health value......make it to believe it..... The villians "Sugar" & " Maida" are totally missing...so have it guilt free.... Paneer&veggies / Chicken Stuffed Bun Bun. Such a small word; but so interesting. It is an item that can be sweet or spicy. It can be stuffed or plain. It can be round or designer. It can be had in the morning or evening. Its enjoyed by kids or by adults. And in my family, we all love it - in any size, any shape, any time. Today I am going to share with you an interesting bun recipe that is yummy, delicious and amazing. So its time now for Stuffed 'bun'anaa.... Ingredients: Bun Whole wheat flour 3 cups Active dry yeast 2 teaspoon Sugar 2 teaspoon egg 1 no. Water 1-1.5 cups Butter 2 tablespoon Salt to taste Stuf

Pineapple wine

Ingredients Pineapple ...1 large cut into medium pieces Water......15 cups Sugar........1 kg Cloves..........6-7 Cinnamon stick.....1 small piece Peppercorns..............6-7 Instant dry yeast.............2 tspn Note The amount of sugar also depends on the sweetness of the pineapple Wash the jar properly and let it dry in the sun for a day so that it is sterilized. Alternately you can leave it under a fast running fan to dry. Do not simply wipe with a cloth and immediately use it for storing the wine as wiping will not necessarily remove all moisture.  Method Mix 1 spoon sugar and yeast in a cup of lukewarm water and keep it aside for 10 minutes to ferment Boil pineapple till soft and let it cool; do not strain  Add the yeast mixture, sugar, cinnamon stick, peppercorns and cloves into it. Stir well, preferably with a wooden spatula, so that all the ingredients are mixed well. Pour the pineapple along with the water into the jar Close the jar tigh
