Multigrain Red Wine Chocolate cake with palm sugar
Making wines is very interesting but I enjoy baking equally. So thought why not combine both ?? As I like to experiment and bake with different flours and sweeteners to make the recipe healthy enough for kids to consume, I tried this Red wine chocolate cake with multigrain flour and palm sugar as sweetener. The red wine is too home made Beetroot wine. Let's jump to the recipe....

Notes
- I have used cup size 250 ml.
- If the red wine is bitter then add it accordingly only. I have used home made so it's not that bitter as store bought one.
- Soak Dry fruits at least 2-3 days before u bake this cake to enhance the dry fruits and wine flavour.
- U can add water to adjust the consistency of batter.
