Oats Semolina bread
Loved the texture of this Oats-Semolina bread.....let's get started with the recipe Ingredients Chirotti rava(very minute one). 2 cups Oats flour. 1 cup Yeast. 1 tspn Honey. 2 tblspn Milk powder. 2 tblspn Lukewarm water. Half cup Butter at room temperature. 2 tblspn Salt as per taste Method Activate yeast with lukewarm water and yeast, this will take 10 minutes. Add oats flour, Semolina, milk powder and salt into the yeast mixture, mix well and keep closed for 10 minutes. Add butter to it and knead into a dough by adding water little by little. Use the stretch and pull method and knead for 10 minutes and form a sticky yet soft dough and keep aside in a greased bowl for first proofing till it doubles in size.
