Healthy Oreo biscuits
Oreo biscuits are favorite with almost all kids, tried my best to make it healthy..... Ingredients Whole wheat flour 1.5 cups Butter unsalted. 1/2 cup + 3tblspn Raw cane sugar. 1 cup + 3 tblspn Dark cocoa powder. 2 tbspn + 1 tblspn Chocolate essence. 1/4 spn Baking powder. 1 tspn Baking soda. 1/2 tspn Milk. 3 to 4 tblspn Cornflour. 1 tblspn Salt a pinch Method Take a bowl , cream well melted butter and raw cane sugar till it becomes light in colour. Add chocolate essence, Whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt to it and mix well . Add milk little by little and form a dough. Refrigerate dough for 15 minutes.
