whole wheat baby buns

Buns are everyone's favourite, when it is baby buns it will surely attract all.... Ingredients Whole wheat flour                             2.5  cups Unflavoured oil                                  1/4  cup yeast                                                     1.5 teaspoon Sugar                                                  2 teaspoon Milk powder                                       2 tablespoon (optional) Egg or milk                                        2 teaspoon water as required salt to taste Method Mix yeast and sugar in lukewarm water and keep it aside for 10 minutes. It will become frothy. In a mixing bowl, take whole wheat flour, oil, salt and milk powder and mix it well. Slowly add the yeast mixture after ten minutes and mix it with a spatula to get a wet and sticky dough. Add water as required. Baking is always fun, therapeutic and enjoyable. After trying many recipes and going through many bad bakes finally i succeeded in getting a perfect and healthy whole wheat bread.
