Gluten-free mawa-carrot cake
This cake is baked with all the little little stuffs remaining here and there in kitchen π Few red carrots, little Mawa, little bit of coconut sugar, bajra & jowar flours.... Tadaaa.....a healthy and equally delicious & soft cake was ready in no time. Moreover, hapiness is kids too relished itπ€..... Ingredients 100 gms jowar flour 60 gms bajra flour 1 cup curd 1/4 cup water 1 cup coconut sugar 3 tablespoon unflavored oil 1/4 tspn baking soda 3/4 tspn baking powder 1/2 cup grated Mawa 1/2 cup grated carrots 1/2 tspn cardamom powder 1/2 tspn cinnamon powder Milk 2-3 tablespoon if required Salt a pinch Method Blend curd, water and coconut sugar in a mixer jar and pour in a deep bowl. Add baking soda and keep aside for couple of minutes.. Sieve flours, baking powder and salt 4-5 times. Add oil, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder to curd mixture and mix well. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in batches n mix well. Add grated Mawa and carrots to it and mix. Add mil
