No Yeast Cheese and Herbs bread

When we think of bread it is always with the help of yeast is what is the general opinion, but here is recipe which is without yeast. This one is a cheese and herbs bread which smells like a pizza made with whole wheat flour.....the best part is it is a quick recipe as no need for proofing!! Ingredients Whole wheat flour              400 gms (approx 3.5 cups) Milk powder                         2 tablespoon Powdered sugar                    1 tablespoon Unflavoured refuned oil       3 tablespoon Thick curd                            2 tablespoon fruit salt                                4 teaspoon Grated cheese                       1 cup mixed herbs                           2 tablespoon    salt to taste Method Preheat the oven @200 degrees In a large bowl take whole wheat flour, milk powder, powdered sugar, oil, curd, cheese, herbs, salt and fruit salt and knead into a soft dough by adding water as required. Please keep aside little bit of cheese and herbs

Two colours in one bread... yes, this is double colour swirl bread. The colours are natural too which is healthy and nutritious. The colouring agents are the brilliant veggies spinach and beetroot. So lets start the swirl.............. Ingredients 1. All purpose flour (Maida)                           1.5 cups 2. Whole wheat flour (Atta)                             3 cups 3. Spinach puree                                               1 cup 4. Beetroot Puree                                               1 cup 5.
