Whole Wheat & Carrot Nankhatai

The very versatile vegetable carrot have been always my favourite when it comes to experimenting with new recipes..... though red carrots tastes better and sweet but orange ones being available all round the year becomes easier to add anytime in the recipes. Thus, came up with a new recipe Carrot Nankhatai which is healthy too as whole wheat flour, rava and gram flour goes into the making alongwith carrots..... Ingredients  whole Wheat Flour                                         1 cup Gram flour (besan)                                         1/2 cup Rava (sooji)                                                      1/2 cup Ghee                                                                 1/2 cup Castor sugar                                                     1 cup  Grated carrots                                                 1 cup Yogurt                                                                 1/4 cup Cardamom powder                                         1
