Green gram laddoos

 Yes my family is a 'sweet' family ๐Ÿ˜›..I mean they have a sweet tooth๐Ÿ˜€..so I have to figure out ways to prepare sweet dishes for them but in somewhat healthy way (so that I am at peace) Ingredients   1 cup green gram       2 tablespoon flaxseeds 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds 1/2 cup dry fruits of your choice 3 tablespoon ghee 3-4 tablespoon dates syrup Method Dry roast green gram(moong),  flaxseeds, sesame seeds and dry fruits  for few minutes till u smell the Aroma and it turns to a light brown colour. Cool down. Grind in a mixer jar (not too smooth powder, little coarse). Heat 3 tablespoon ghee in a pan and roast this powder till everything combines. Take out of stove and cool a bit. Add 3-4 tablespoon dates syrup (u can use jaggery syrup too) n mix well. Roll out laddoos and gobble down๐Ÿ˜‚.
